THE METHOD
We work according to a simple, safe and unique method. In addition, we teach with our own, selected swimming aids that have been specially developed for swimming lessons and absolute beginners. These little helpers provide kids with the right buoyancy, the ideal position in the water and the necessary security. This method allows us to grant all our customers a swimming guarantee. The prerequisite is that your child is older than 5 years and is physically and mentally development according to the average. Our guarantee applies as soon as all of lessons offered in a have been attended without interruption by the participant.
OUR SWIMMING ACADEMY
With the selected swimming aids, both- the movement and the breaststroke technique- can be learned safely and independently under our guidance.
Learn to swim quickly and easily - with our proven swimming aids, learning success is guaranteed. Swimming aids in various designs, not only for babies or children, offer support and safety in the water. As a reward, all swimming student will receive a certificate and a badge.

Swimming courses - success guaranteed
Children's breaststroke courses with swimming guarantee (Turtle) from 5 years: 12 lessons of 45 minutes, 2x per week or holiday course. After this course your child should be able to swim a short distance freely using the simple breaststroke technique.
Follow-up courses (Dolphin) from 5 years: 6 lessons of 45 minutes, 1x per week or holiday course. After that, your child should be able to swim 25m freely (breaststroke) and master a jump from the pool edge as well as shoulder-deep diving.

Weekly swimming training (swimturtles club), ages 7 and up: here children can learn crawl, butterfly and backcrawl swimming techniques as well as diving. This training takes place once or twice a week for 45 minutes.
We teach according to our unique swimming method, which has been specially developed by professionals.
There are many ways and methods to learn how to swim and of course the right accessories for each. With the right utensils, beginners and advanced learners can take away their fear of the water.
Learning the correct water position and swimming technique in swimming lessons for children and adults - learning to swim is really easy with our swimming aids.
NEW we also offer aqua gym courses for all age groups, 1x or 2x per week 45 minutes each (everyone does what they can)!

Course registration
You can only register via our online registration portal.
The course places are allocated directly on the online portal, the course fee should be paid online 10 days before the course starts. In case of last-minute course registration, the course fee can be paid on site. Customers who have not received a place in the desired course can register in the list of interested parties.
You will receive a confirmation including an invoice by e-mail immediately after registering for the course. A fee of LE 100.00 per reminder may be charged for issuing reminders. Pool fees are included or excluded depending on the course location, see course confirmation for details.
Course organization
For organizational reasons we reserve the right to combine or postpone courses. If a swimming instructor is absent, the swimming school "swimturtles" reserves the right to use another swimming instructor or to postpone the swimming lesson.
Course locations and implementation
In order to run our courses under optimal conditions, we set a minimum and a maximum number of participants for each course location. In case of insufficient enrollment, the course will usually not be held or will be charged as a single lesson.
Cancellations
Withdrawing a registration involves administrative effort. Depending on the time of cancellation, we will partially or completely waive the course fee: If you cancel your registration after you have received the course confirmation, but before the first lesson, you will have to pay 50% of the course fee. If you cancel your registration after the first lesson, you will have to pay the full course fee.
Missed lessons
Missed lessons cannot be made up. Course fee refunds for missed lessons are not possible.
For missed lessons that cannot be attended due to health reasons, the swim school "swimturtles" will issue a credit for the number of missed lessons upon presentation of a medical certificate and a minimum illness duration of 3 weeks. This credit will be deducted from the next course. No credits will be paid out in cash.
Photography, filming, sound recordings
In private pools, photography and filming may be permitted under certain circumstances after consultation with the course instructor and all parents of participating children.
Course and pool rules
All children and adults must follow the instructions of the course leader. In case of contamination of the bathing water, parents are liable for damages and clean-up costs. For safety reasons we recommend wearing special bathing shoes. This also applies to all accompanying persons and all children who can already walk on their own. Eating and drinking in the entire pool area is prohibited. Showering before the swimming lesson is obligatory.
Please note: At Training locations that offer beverages and meals/snacks it is not allowed, to bring your own food and drinks.
